Breaking Period Stigma Through Design

I'm reimagining how period education and conversations happen. My solution tackles generations of menstrual stigma through a redesigned knowledge system that makes learning about periods more accessible and discussions more natural. By focusing on awareness, observation, personal experience, and cognitive development, I'm creating pathways for open dialogue and better understanding of menstrual health.

Through my design interventions, I developed discreet yet openly acceptable packaging solutions, intuitive disposal systems, and an educational website that provides accurate information about menstrual health. These practical solutions work together to normalize period conversations while providing convenient, dignified experiences for menstruators.
